FAQs

Do I have to be in a certain state to work with Rooted?

Yes. Our teacher trainings offerings are available nationwide, but our leadership development system is currently only available to programs in the state of Maine.

How much time does membership take each month?

Most directors engage with 1–2 leadership trainings per month, run 1 staff training per month, and use RootedAI and tools other tools weekly. You can go at your own pace — the goal is to make your life easier, not busier. Directors will often come back to specific sections of leadership trainings over time as needed.

Can I share trainings and tools with my whole team?

Yes. Staff meeting trainings are designed for your full teaching staff. Leadership tools can be shared with your leadership team or teacher-leaders as appropriate - additional leadership seats are available based on request so your leadership team can each get their own PD certificates.

What if I just want one or two trainings?

That’s fine. You can purchase teacher trainings à la carte and upgrade to membership later if you’d like more integrated support. However, our leadership trainings are currently only available to members.
