What to expect during our call
Here’s what happens once you book a call or request a training:
Step 1 – Confirmation: You’ll get an email confirming your booking or request.
Step 2 – Your conversation or resource:
On a call, we’ll ask questions, listen closely, and share honest thoughts about where Rooted can (and can’t) help.
If you’ve requested a training, we’ll start for a brief call to walk you through your options and provide you with some guidance. Afterwards, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to run it with your team, plus an invitation to debrief with us afterward if you’d like.
Step 3 – Next steps: If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk through membership options and a timeline. If not, you’ll still leave with ideas and tools you can use right away.
We will always be transparent about whether we’re the right fit for what you need right now.
